Bridgeland’s First Annual Chili Cook-Off was a huge success! Thank you to all the teams who braved the cold and cooked wonderful tasting Chili! The winners for the 2009 Cook-Off are: 1st Place Jokers N Smokers head cook, Joe Limon. 2nd Place Planet Texas, head cook Kelly Wilson. 3rd Place Original Yodies, head cook Randy Yoder. We cannot wait till the next Cook-Off! PICTURES
Congratulations to all the 2009 Bridgeland Fishing Contest Winners! Eric Mohn won 1st place with a catch of 28” fish off of the overlook pier along Cypress Lake. Zoom Tong and his group won 2nd place with a great fish off of the 3 arch bridge. Cecil Howard won 3rd place with his 24” catch on the front lake. Other great winners were; Abbey Sanchez “Cutest Fish Caught”, Patrick Sanchez “Largest Youth Catch”, Emily Marks “Best Bare Foot Catch”, David Cobb “Best Fishing Pole Used”, and Mario Calvo “Most Fish Caught.” PICTURES
